You know you're getting old when you look forward to going to sleep. You know that feeling when you've had a long day, and the idea of sleeping just feels so good. Often, you're tired when you wake because it's still dark in your room and your brain is like, hang on, this isn't the morning - I still need to rest!

Turn the lights off at night - maybe have a dim light on - and stop looking at screens for at least an hour before bed. Thus, you'll produce more melatonin, making you drift off into a deep sleep.
