Hi everyone! Hope you all are having a lovely Friday!. Today is a Beautiful Style Linkup and I hope you all can join us with your fabulous fashions. Anyway I had a vision on a homemade romper I wanted made, so I asked my mother to make it for me since I didn't have a sewing machine. My mother being a semtress for many years making her own clothes, I asked her. She has so many pretty church dresses she makes and get so many compliments. Well I drew up a romper that falls of the shoulders with a bib skirt to hide my big tummy uggg!. It's not what I really envisioned because she had to go off of some old shorts I had and a blouse I gave her. I'm not complaining much, but she did the best she could with what she had.
It's bagging in the waist, which doesn't give me much of a waist, but I work with what I got. The bib skirt was suppose to be in a slanted angle. She bought the material for the top and a stretchy material for the shorts part.
I wanted it to be a Black and White outfit I could match with my Beige and cream colored flats. I had to use a smooth out filter because it was wrinkled and didn't have time to iron and had to take these pictures in a hurry because my husband had to go to work. I usually don't do back side pictures, but here you go lol!
She added a zipper so I can get into it and I like the Black triangles she added at the top. I may just wear this outfit again to the park or just to sit around in my yard. She did her best and it did feel comfortable wearing, but I'm going to start making my own outfits soon.
Last months linkup did pretty well with a few ladies taking the time out to join in. They had such awesome outfits. The most voted outfit goes to (Drumroll!)
